Our most popular service is our annual contract. we make 46 visits per year which includes all garden & lawn maintenance, inclusive of all materials (grass seeds, scarifying, moss treatments, lawn conditioners, weed & feeds, plant pest treatments & feeds). it also includes gutter cleaning, patio cleaning, driveway cleaning and also the option for windows. prices vary on depending on size. payment one week/month in advance
